Community Service
The goal of education is the advancement of knowledge and the dissemination of truth.
John F. Kennedy

We're community strong
The Retired Educators of NY’s Community Service Committee offers a comprehensive volunteer program designed to harness the wealth of experience and skills of retired educators, enabling them to continue making a positive impact in their communities. RENY helps connect members with a variety of volunteer opportunities, like participating in local nonprofit activities and community development projects.
Through this program, members find purpose in retirement while continuing to support the values of education, service, and civic responsibility.
